Who are Jaahnavi Kandula’s Parents? – Jaahnavi Kandula was a well-known international student at the prestigious Northeastern University in the United States of America.

She wanted to fulfill her single mother’s dream and had a bright future ahead of her, but she died at a young age due to the carelessness of Seattle Police Department officers.

It was such a sad moment that a beautiful and energetic lady like Jaahnavi had to lose her life in one of the most tragic ways. She died after she was run over by a policeman on January 24, 2023.

Her death occurred at the intersection of Dexter Avenue North and Thomas Street.

She was taken to a nearby hospital after the incident, but she died as a result of her injuries. According to sources, Jaahnavi was a very talented woman who came to the United States for further studies in 2021.

Bodycam footage from the moments before, during, and after the accident was recently released. In the video, the officers who killed Kandula can be seen laughing and downplaying her death.

Following the incident, the Indian government received assurances from the Biden administration that an immediate investigation into the murder of Indian student Jaahnavi Kandula in Seattle, who was killed by a speeding police patrol car, would be conducted, and that the responsible police personnel would be brought to justice.

After India’s ambassador to the United States of America, Taranjit Singh Sandhu raised the issue in Washington and demanded immediate action regarding the killing of Kandula and the highly sensitive.

Who are Jaahnavi Kandula’s Parents?

The names and details of her parents were not known at the time of her death, however, according to the Seattle Times, Kandula was the daughter of a single mother who taught elementary school. Kandula’s mother reportedly went into debt so that she could study for her Master’s degree in the United States of America.
