Biography of Vance Joseph

Vance Joseph is a Coach with a defensive mindset who received his first head coaching job offer from Denver Broncos GM John Elway in 2017. Prior to this season, he served as the Miami Dolphins’ defensive coordinator.

In 1990 and 1991, his older brother Mickey began playing quarterback on a sporadic basis for the University of Nebraska.

He was a quarterback and a running back as a student at the University of Colorado. He later worked there as a graduate assistant and the defensive backs coach.
