Umu Obiligbo, an outstanding Nigerian music duo and serial hit-makers finally serves their much anticipated project named; “Music And I” EP.
The newly released body of work embodies six solid and beautifully crafted tracks with vocal assistance from award winning Nigerian singer, Rudeboy and sensational young act, Magnito.
The well curated body of work, “Music and I” talks about drug abuse, injustice levied against Nigerian youths whilst pondering on love, other feelings of the mind and real life experiences.
The duo have been in the music scene for a while and have been consistent throughout the years. Real names Okpuozor Obiligbo and Akunwafor Obiligbo Jnr, were born and brought up in Anambra State Nigeria.
According to them, they were inspired and motivated by their late grandfather, Chief Ezigbo Obiligbo, who was a popular Ekpili music star in 1970’s. Their father, Ajana Obiligbo was also a highlife music star.
