Turner Ward is one of the most popular and richest Baseball Player who was born on April 11, 1965 in Orlando, Florida, United States. Ward was a player for 12 seasons in the course of his Major League Baseball career, playing in 626 games in which he scored an .251 hitting average, with 29 HR, as well as 219 RBI. Ward was a career hit with 389 and also stole 33 bases. On defense, he had an .988 fielding rate while playing every position in the outfield. He was part in the 1991 and 1993 World Series champions, the Toronto Blue Jays.

Ward began the season in 1991 as the Indians right fielder in the starting lineup, however, he was off to an unsteady start, hitting .230 with no H and just 5 RBI in his 40 games. On June 27th it was announced that the Indians exchanged Ward along with Tom Candiotti to the Toronto Blue Jays in exchange for Denis Boucher, Glenallen Hill, Mark Whiten, and cash.

Ward was able to make the Major League Baseball debut with the Indians on September 10, 1990 in which he hit four-for-4 when playing the right field during a 6-2 defeat to the Chicago White Sox. The following day, on September 12, Ward earned his first career hit from Steve Rosenberg of the White Sox. In his third professional game on September 15 Ward was 3 for 5, with the home run, a triple along with the six RBI in a 14-6 victory against the Kansas City Royals. Ward scored his debut home hit against Andy McGaffigan. Ward completed the season with an .348 hitting average and 1 hit as well as 10,010 RBI during 14 contests for Cleveland.

Ward once again saw very limited action in 1992 with Toronto, playing in 18 games, where he hit .345 with 1 HR and 3 RBI. He did not play in any playoff games as Toronto won the 1992 World Series.
