Timo Werner is a professional German footballer who plays for the Bundesliga club, RB Leipzig, and the German National Team as a striker.

Timo started his professional career in 2013-2014 when he joined VfB Stuttgart II in the 3. Liga where he made only 1 appearance and scored a goal.

He was then promoted to the VfB Stuttgart main team in the same season and he stayed there for 3 years and made a total of 103 appearances with 14 goals to his name before his departure.

He then joined RB Leipzig in 2016-2017 in the very same German Bundesliga. He was with the club for 4 years and he developed a chunk of his popularity during his 159 appearances which he registered 95 goals to his name.

Werner then made a switch of leagues when he joined the London club, Chelsea, in the English Premier League. He had a 2 year stay with the English club and he managed to pull off 89 appearances with 23 goals to his name.

However, Timo Werner is currently back at RB Leipzig after making a return to the Bundesliga club in 2022-2023. He has registered 26 appearances with 12 goals to his name for the club so far.
