Timbaland Sons: Meet Frankie And Demetrius: Timbaland, officially known as Timothy Zachery Mosley was born on March 10, 1972.

Born in Norfolk, Virginia, Timbaland is an American record producer, rapper, singer, songwriter, and record executive.

He developed a passion for music at a younger age, has been consistent throughout his career, and has become one of the most sought-after acts

As a record producer, he has received widespread acclaim for his innovative production work and distinctive “stuttering” rhythmic style.

Timbaland is best known for working on Ginuwine’s first album; “Ginuwine…the Bachelor”, Aaliyah’s second studio album “One in a Million”, and Missy Elliott’s debut studio album “Supa Dupa Fly”.

The above-mentioned projects made Timbaland a prominent producer for R&B and hip-hop artists.

As a rapper, Timbaland was known for his work with fellow rapper, Magoo. The duo released several albums together with Timbaland later releasing his debut solo album; “Tim’s Bio”.

The Timbaland-owned imprint label, Mosley Music Group, featured artists such as Nelly Furtado, whose Timbaland-produced album “Loose” was a commercial and critical success.

His production credits include work with Jay-Z, Nas, Ludacris, Keri Hilson, Bubba Sparxxx, Madonna, Rihanna, Busta Rhymes, Rick Ross, Drake, OneRepublic, Brandy, and Bjork, among others.

As a songwriter, he has written 85 UK hits and 99 US hits, as of 2014. With Swizz Beatz, he created the popular webcast series Verzuz in 2020.

In August 2023, Timbaland hit major headlines following the demise of Magoo who at a point in time was one-half of the hip-hop duo Timbaland & Magoo.

While attending high school, Timbaland began a long-term collaboration with rapper Magoo, officially known as Melvin Barcliff.

Timbaland and Magoo frequently worked with fellow Swing Mob members, including Missy Elliott, Ginuwine, Playa, and Aaliyah, across their careers.

Magoo reportedly died on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at the age of 50. At this time of writing, the cause of his death has yet not been made public.

The news of Magoo’s death was announced by Digital Black, of the group Playa in a post shared on Instagram.

Reacting to Magoo’s death via his official and verified Instagram account, Timbaland shared a short video with the caption; This one hits different, long live Melvin aka magoo !!!💔💔💔 Tim and Magoo forever, rest easy my king ❤️❤️❤️

The American record producer and rapper is blessed with two sons, Frankie Mosley, and Demetrius Mosley.

Timbaland’s children live away from the spotlight hence their date of birth, age, and occupation are unknown at this time of writing.
