The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Brytni Sarpy Welcomes New Family Addition

The Young and the Restless spoilers has some great news to pass on about a popular Y&R star. Brytni Sarpy, who portrays Elena Dawson on the CBS soap, recently shared some great news with her Instagram followers about a new addition to her family. Brytni has a new little nephew, and she announced the news on her Insta Stories.

Brytni posted an adorable photo of the just-born little boy with the following caption: “Well look who finally decided to come and play…welcome to the world Kelynn Moore…Auntie Bryt loves you so much already, congratulations to my sissy @jaszmann19 who was in labor over 24 hours and my brother @moojo896.”

Brytni’s sister, Jaszmann Moore, had been chronicling her pregnancy on her own Instagram account for a while now, and both she and Brytni’s brother-in-law, Joseph R. Moore, had been looking forward to this day for a long time. Brytni certainly seems to be a proud Auntie and will no doubt shower her little nephew with love.

Viewers will remember that Brytni joined the cast of Y&R as Elena Dawson several months ago after leaving the role of Valerie Spencer on General Hospital. Y&R fans have been enthusiastic about her performance on Y&R, and on her pairing with Bryton James, who portrays Devon Hamilton on the show.

Devon and Elena are now living together in Devon’s penthouse, but conflict has ensued. Elena is keenly aware of the stress that Devon is now under as a result of lawyer Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) on the Genoa City scene. Of course, Amanda looks identical to Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan), Devon’s deceased wife.

That would be enough to cause Devon considerable stress right there, but Amanda’s also involved in the challenge to Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will, which is allegedly being driven by Chance Chancellor (John Driscoll), whom no one can seem to locate. The whole thing seems like a big scam, and so far, Elena has been supportive of Devon.

The drama will surely heat up once Elena decides to confront Amanda…which is a big scene that’s surely coming down the road. It will be interesting to watch that drama unfold, and it certainly doesn’t look like Amanda’s going anywhere, so she should stick around to cause tension for Devon and Elena.
