Dagunro is famous for playing traditional roles in several Yoruba epic movies. Unfortunately, he died on Thursday, June 13, 2019, in Osogbo, Osun State.
Before his death, Dagunro featured movies like ‘Osa Eleye’, ‘Sese De’, ‘Akanni Mefa’, ‘Aye Kanju’, ‘Ikilo Agba’, ‘Inu bibi’, etc. Dagunro has two sons, who are also theatre arts practitioners. They are Kazeem Iyanda Olabankewin and Jamiu Olabankewin.
