“Parents Should Stop Looking At Their Children As Investments”-Lawyer Maurice Ampaw

Popular Ghanaian showbiz lawyer, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has advised parents to also channel their energies to their retirement plans and secure financial stability for themselves amid taking care of their children.

Speaking in an interview on the United Showbiz aired on United TV hosted by Kwame A-Plus, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw intimated that children might disappoint their parents should they look solely up to them as their investments.
He said that a lot of young people are frustrated on the account that there are no job opportunities in the system, hence they are unable to meet the expectations of their parents by not being able to take care of them as they should.
He advised that parents must also secure financial stability for themselves should in case their children are unable to take good care of them when they expect them to do so.
In other news, Kumawood actor, Samuel Nana Yaw Doba has revealed that it would have been his dream to become a footballer if acting did not turn out as good as it is for him now.
Speaking in an interview with Abeiku Santana on Ekwansodwodwo on Okay FM, Yaw Dabo revealed that acting has always been part of him since childhood, hence he had strong beliefs that he will definitely venture into the craft someday.
He recalled how some of his colleagues in school refused to help him in academics but now, they have been bugging him to help them with finances.
Yaw Dabo remembered a particular Nigerian girl in his class who always demanded money before helping him in his academics but in recent times, the same person reached out to him for financial assistance to enter the university and he had to remind her of what she made him pass through during their school days.
