Jeryl Lee Pei Ling is a Malaysian singer, originally from Rifle Range, Penang. Throughout her singing career, she has participated in many domestic and international singing competitions.
Jeryl Lee became interested in music when she was 10 years old. In 2012, she participated in the second edition of Chinese Million Stars and became the only Malaysian singer invited to the stadium. In 2014, she participated in the Watercube singing competition for overseas Chinese youth, winning the competition and also being the youngest participant.
Jeryl Lee became one of the contestants of the eighth season of China Dream Show the same year, singing the song “Brave” by Zhang Huimei. She said her dream is to find a music teacher in China to teach her how to sing. Zhou Liba asked music producer Huang Yi, who had composed songs for famous singers, to compose a song for him. She received 289 votes (300 for the full vote and 240 for making her dream come true).
In 2016, Jeryl Lee joined Sing! In the first season, China won the Team Naying tournament and entered the top 6 students. She sings “Let it Go” again; she was also the most popular foreign exchange student of the season.

She signed with OnMuse in November 2016, and her debut studio album, SAY-Listen, was released on April 21, 2018. She then went on her first tour which took place at Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur.
In the same year, Jeryl Lee was invited to sing the theme song “We Are The Ones” for ASEAN Cultural Week 2018 and became the first Malaysian singer to film a MV in Beijing. Jeryl Lee collaborated with violinist Dennis Lau through a song titled “I Wanna Be Free”, which was produced based on her free-spirited personality. It was released in June 2019.
She also managed the MySista Tour concert with Masya Masyitah held in October and December 2019 at Genting Highlands, Pahang. On August 5, 2020, she appeared with the single “Respect 1000000”, released in appreciation of the contribution of frontline workers in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. Jeryl Lee received the BrandLaureate Country e-Brand Award, a win that made her, at just 20 years old, the first Chinese-Malaysian singer to receive an award for her performance.
