Although Linus Ullmark was born in Lugnvik, Sweden, there’s not much information about his parents. They kept their lives out of the public eye. However, his father died on 18 January 2021, at the age of 63.

Linus Ullmark currently plays for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League. He was selected by the Buffalo Sabres in the 6th round, 163rd overall, of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.

Ullmark is a fan of esports, and of Dota 2. In March 2019 he appeared on a Dota 2 podcast where he discussed the differences between playing Dota and hockey, as well as comparisons between the professional scenes of competitive gaming and traditional sports.

Linus Ullmark is married to Moa Wikman. The pair began dating when they were students at Nolaskolan, a senior high school in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, and got engaged barely a month after he signed a 3-year, entry-level contract with the Buffalo Sabres on May 27, 2014.
