Lerato Moloi is a well-known South African fashion model. She was the first black woman to represent the Elizabeth Arden brand. Moloi was initially interested in psychology, but after visiting a modelling agency with her mother and sister, she got obsessed with modelling.

Moloi began her modelling career at the age of 17 and had her first session for Elle Magazine.

In March 2008, she appeared as Virginia, the gorgeous young wife of a taxi boss, in an episode of the SABC1 drama series Mtunzini.com titled “The Taxi Driver (Part 1)” – Season 2, Episode 10.
