Jesse Marsch’s playing career spanned over 14 seasons, during which he played as a midfielder in Major League Soccer (MLS) for three different clubs: D.C. United, Chicago Fire, and Chivas USA.

During his time as a player, Jesse Marsch was incredibly successful, winning three MLS league titles and four U.S. Open Cup titles. His impressive performances also earned him two caps for the United States national team.

After retiring from playing, Jesse Marsch transitioned into coaching and has been highly successful in this role as well. Most recently, he was the manager of Premier League club Leeds United. Jesse Marsch played college soccer for Princeton University, where he was named All-American in 1995 after scoring 16 goals as a midfielder and forward.
