Jakub Kiwior Parents: Who are Jakub Kiwior’s Parents? – Jakub Piotr Kiwior was born on February 15, 2000, and is a Polish professional footballer for Spezia and the Poland national team.
On February 16, 2019, Kiwior made his Fortuna Liga debut for Železiarne Podbrezová against Nitra. Kiwior played the entire 3-1 victory over pod Zoborom.
Kiwior’s transfer to MŠK Žilina was announced in August 2019. On 10 August 2019, he made his debut in the yellow jersey in an away match against Ružomberok.
While Žilina took a three-goal lead in the first half, Ružomberok scored two in the second period, so Kiwior was brought on as a replacement for Lukáš Jánošík to secure the defense. Šošoni held on to the 3:2 victory and remained unbeaten in the league.
Kiwior made his debut in the starting XI against ViOn Zlaté Moravce more than a month later, in his second appearance. While Ilina’s defense remained unbeaten, the strikers were unable to score, and the game ended in a scoreless tie.
Kiwior had his first assist with Žilina on November 9th. Žilina trailed Ružomberok by two goals in the second half at Štadión pod Dubom. Kiwior, a first-half substitute, managed to find Ján Bernát with a pass and cut the score in half. Nonetheless, Žilina was defeated by a score of 1:2.
Throughout the season, he made sporadic appearances for the reserves.
During the coronavirus pandemic, while Žilina went into liquidation to survive financially, releasing 17 players, Kiwior remained unaffected.
Kiwior signed a four-year contract with Serie A club Spezia on August 31, 2021. Kiwior made his Poland debut as a starter against the Netherlands in a 2-2 away draw in the 2022-23 UEFA Nations League on June 11, 2022.
