Jack Diamond Age, Height, Weight: Jack Diamond, officially known as Jack Tyler Diamond is an English footballer born on January 12, 2000.

He developed a love for football at a younger age and has been consistent throughout his career rising through the ranks to become one of the most sought-after footballers.

Jack Diamond kicked off his career at the age of 14 with Sunderland academy. He made his senior debut on October 9, 2018, in the EFL Trophy.

In September 2019, he moved on loan to Harrogate Town and later that month the club announced they wanted the loan to be extended.

In November 2019 the loan was extended until the end of the season and that same month he said he was looking forward to playing for Harrogate in the FA Cup.

Jack Diamond returned on loan to Harrogate Town on 31 August 2021 and was recalled by Sunderland

On 7 January 2022, he was recalled by Sunderland, and on the 26th of the same month and year, he returned to Harrogate Town.

In August 2022 he signed for Lincoln City on loan for the rest of the season and made his debut against Barnsley in the EFL Trophy on 30 August 2022.

In April 2023, Jack Diamond hit the headlines when it was reported he has been charged with rape and sexual assault.

The Championship side, Sunderland suspended the winger after being notified of the charges which stem from an investigation launched in May.

Northumbria Police said: “In May last year, we received a report that a woman had been sexually assaulted inside an address in the Washington area. An investigation was immediately launched and a man was subsequently arrested.

“Jack Diamond, 23, of Fatfield, Washington, has now been charged with one count of rape and one count of sexual assault and is due to appear at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court in May.”

A Sunderland spokesperson said: “Sunderland AFC has been notified that criminal charges have been brought against Jack Diamond by the Crown Prosecution Service.

“The player has been suspended with immediate effect, pending the outcome of the judicial process, and his loan agreement at Lincoln City Football Club has also been terminated.

“As this matter is subject to a legal process, the club will not be making any further statement at this time. Lincoln City said Diamond’s loan deal had been “terminated with immediate effect”.
