Since 2012, Khromacheva has won several tournaments. In June 2012, she beat Puerto Rico’s Monica Puig at the ITF Perigueux, France.

In June 2013, she beat Patricia Mayr-Achleitner from Austria to win the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Padova, Italy

Khromacheva beat Ema Mikulcic to win the ITF Minsk, Belarus in June 2014, and in November 2015, she won the ITF Minsk, Belarus, beating, Basak Eraydin

At the 2016 Budapest Pro Circuit Open in Hungary, Khromacheva emerged victorious over Cindy Burger from the Netherlands.

At the ITF Obidos in Portugal in October 2017, she won 6–1, 4–6, 6–4 in a match against Magdalena Frech from Poland

In February 2018, Khromacheva beat United Kingdom’s Katy Dunne to win the 2018 ITF Perth which was held in Australia

At the 2019 Launceston International in Australia, the Russian professional tennis player emerged victorious over Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina

At the 2023 Copa Colsanitas, she won her second WTA Tour title alongside Iryna Shymanovich for the second time at this tournament following her maiden title at the 2018 Copa Colsanitas with Dalila Jakupovic.

Ranked No. 401, she entered the main draw of the 2023 Korea Open as a lucky loser. She has career-high WTA rankings of 89 in singles and 41 in doubles.
