“I Grew Up In A Mud House, I Am Grateful For Where I Am Today” – US Based Nigerian Singer, Lamboginny

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Yinka Lawanson known in showbiz as Lamboginny has taken his fans a walk into his past as he recounts his struggles in life growing up.
Lamboginny who is currently based in the United States revealed in an emotional post on Twitter that he once lived in a mud house where he grew up with his grandparents.
Further sharing the touching grass to grace story on Twitter, the singer recounted how he lived in a face me I face you and squatted in his friend’s house for seven years in Ikotun.
However, his beginning didn’t determine where he will end as today, he is currently living in a plush and exotic apartment with his wife in the United States.
He expressed his gratitude to God for his goodness and mercy towards him.
His words,
“I grew up in a Mud house with my grandparents in Igando, Lagos. We later moved into a “face me I face you” house in ikotun. Squatted with friends for 7yrs and later got a one bedroom apartment. Woke up this morning thinking about my journey and I’m grateful for where I’m today”.
In another tweet he wrote,
“I can never be ashamed of my reality. Ikotun gave me the strong foundation I’m sharing globally”.
