‘I Don’t Love My Girlfriend Anymore & I Don’t Know Why’ – Guy Seeks For Advice

A young guy has written to popular relationship coach, Abena Manokekame seeking for how to deal with the fact that he doesn’t love his girlfriend anymore.

According to this young guy, during the onset of their relationship, he made so many promises to his girlfriend and being a man of his words, he doesn’t want to break the promise even though he doesn’t feel anything for the lady currently.

He mentioned that the lady keeps on discussing her ex-fiancee with him and somehow this has really gotten on his nerves.

He then confided in the popular relationship coach for her advice and that of other social media users.

Please I need advice on this,
I am with a lady but I am not so sure about my feelings for her anymore. I used to love her very much and made lots of promises to her. I was never going to leave her and all. I am a man of my words.. I don’t joke with words cos they are powerful.
I realized most of the things I told her back then was cos of how I felt for her but things have changed with time. She kept talking about her ex to me day in day out. I didn’t want things to be like am worked up about it so I didn’t say much about it.
Hmmmm she trusts me soo much and begs me not to leave her. She sometimes even cries and all.. Pleading for me not to leave her..
Honestly cos of the promises I made I don’t know what to do.
It looks like her ex wants her back.. And it doesn’t bother me at all…
But she says she isn’t going back there again cos she has found her soul mate which is me.. But I wish she would move on without me being the one to break this relationship..
