Himeka Nakamoto (Zhong Yian Ri Ya Xiang / Nakamoto Himeka; born April 13, 1996) is a Japanese former idol and mental health counselor. She was the first generation member of Nogizaka46’s idol group.
After attending psychological counseling sessions in Nogizaka46, Nakamoto realized that she was interested in pursuing a career in mental health care. She enrolled in the Faculty of Human Sciences e-School of Waseda University in April 2018. She has completed her training as a hand-reflexology counselor at Heartful Life Couselor Academy Shinjuku, Tokyo.
In a live broadcast on Radirer!, Nakamoto announced her graduation on August 6, 2017. Sunday, Nakamoto announced that she was leaving Nogizaka46 because of her poor health. On November 8th and 9, 2017, she performed her final Nogizaka46 performance at the Tokyo Dome. On November 8, she released “Last Number”, which was a collaboration single with Radio Fish, the boy group formed by Radirer. Sunday hosts Oriental Radio was published. On December 22, 2017, her final blog post was published on the Nogizaka46 official blog.
