Georgina Rodríguez Parents: Meet Ana and Jorge – Georgina Rodríguez has more than 7 million Instagram followers and this is due to the influence of Cristiano Ronaldo in her life.
Georgina Rodrguez has appeared on the covers of international publications including Harper’s Bazaar Spain, VIP Magazine, and Diva E Donna Magazine.
Growing up, Rodriguez took classical dancing lessons with the goal of becoming a ballet dancer. She was a waitress in her hometown when she was a teen.
Rodriguez relocated to San Sebastian, a coastal town, where she worked at Massimo Dutti, a fashion retailer. She then relocated to Bristol, England to work as an au pair for a family. Rodrguez studied English in England. 2011 saw her return to Spain, where she began modeling. She then accepted a position as a shop assistant at a Gucci shop in Madrid, Spain.
Rodriguez rose to fame as a model after the revelation of her relationship with Ronaldo. In the summer of 2018, she was featured in Harper’s Bazaar Spain and on the cover of Women’s Health in Spain.
LOVE Magazine from Spain, VIP Magazine from Portugal, Nova Gente Magazine from Portugal, Lux Magazine from Italy, and Diva E Donna Magazine from Italy have all featured her on their covers.
When model Kathryn Mayorga accused Ronaldo of sexual assault, she became embroiled in a scandal she had nothing to do with. Ronaldo allegedly paid Mayorga £287,000 to settle her legal action after she claimed Ronaldo assaulted her in a hotel room in Las Vegas in 2009.
Ronaldo met Rodriguez while she was working as a sales assistant at a Gucci store after ending his five-year relationship with model Irina Shayk.
They started dating soon after, with Rodriguez describing the early days of their relationship as “a very special start” during an episode of her Netflix series I Am Georgina.
