In April 2020, Eric received Covid-19 and was placed on a ventilator. Fortunately, he was able to leave the vent after two weeks, and the sickness was effectively ended. Nevertheless, it was not surprising that he had a brand-new perspective on life.
Eric revealed on the Reality Life with Kate Casey podcast that he was quitting Love It or List It in the summer of 2020 and that he had “big things coming” after the incident that forever transformed his life.
As a result of the lead, rumors about a brand-new home design started to circulate, though Eric didn’t immediately make it clear what it may entail.
