Claude Barzotti Songs: Born on July 23, 1953, Claude Barzotti was a Belgian singer of Italian origin.

He developed a passion for singing at a younger age but began his musical career in 1981 in France with his song Madame, which sold 400,000 copies

Barzotti became a household name during the 1980s and consistently rose through the ranks to become one of the most sought-after Belgian singers of Italian origin.

He first succeeded in 1981 with his song Le Rital and went ahead to record several songs, each selling hundreds of thousands of copies.

His songs have also been featured in movies and DVDs in France and the film in which his songs have been featured have sold more than five million copies.

Barzotti also wrote the Belgian entry to the 1992 Eurovision Song Contest and his best-of compilation was released in France in 2003.

He also recorded a more traditional Italian song, Vado Via. Proceeds from his song, Jada benefited children in poor countries who did not have access to education.

Barzotti released several projects and was best known for his distinctive approach to making music and the energy he channels during his performances.

Sadly, the Belgian singer of Italian origin has died. Claude Barzotti passed away on Saturday, 24 June 2023, at the age of 69. The cause of his death has not been made public at the time of this writing.
