Anthony Yarde Bio, Parents, Wife, Children, Siblings: Anthony Yarde, officially known as Anthony Dwayne Duncan Yarde is a British professional boxer.

He developed a love for boxing at a younger age but started his boxing career at a relatively late age and only had twelve amateur fights before becoming a professional.

Yarde made his professional debut with a second-round knockout victory over Mitch Mitchell in May 2015. He challenged for the WBO light-heavyweight title for the first time in 2019 and has held the Commonwealth light-heavyweight title since 2021.

Yarde has been engaged in several bouts and has won the majority of them. Before his first fight in January 2023, with Artur Beterbiev, he had twenty-three wins and two defeats.

In January 2023, Anthony Yarde made major headlines after losing out on a boxing match to Artur Beterbiev on the night of Saturday, January 28 in London.

Yarde was ahead of Beterbiev on two of three scorecards after seven rounds but was eventually pulled out of the fight in the eighth after being knocked down by a powerful right hand.

He beat the count and tried to fight on, but was on the end of another assault, so his trainer jumped up onto the ring apron to stop the fight. Yarde who was fighting for WBC, IBF, and WBO titles now has twenty-three wins and three defeats.
