He started acting as far back as of the 1960s where he featured in the movies Things fall apart and The Village Headmaster.

He was invited to feature the movie, The Village Headmaster after he completed his studies at Germany, He is known for acting so many roles, as a king, a father and other roles. He died in a hospital in Lagos state as a result of diabetes complications.

Meet the son of Justice Esiri, popular Nigerian musician who studied Dentistry and Dental Surgery in the University of Ibadan. His real name is Sidney Onoriode Esiri but he is well known as ‘Dr Sid’. Earlier this year, his wife announced their separation but will continue to be co-parents. He was a member of the famous ‘Mo hits’ records and also have many hit songs to his name.
