According to reports, the young boy, identified as Saneie Masilela agreed to marry the lady who is also called Helen Shabangu who is old enough to be her grandmother because he claims he loves her so much.
Masilela was quoted to have proudly echoed his affection towards his wife despite their age gap. It is said that the boy made it clear that age is just a number when it comes to matters of the heart.
“I’m very happy I’ve got married to Helen but I will still take my education seriously and also I chose her because I love her,” he said.
However, the mother of the groom gave her support to her son after the boy confessed that he is madly in love with the lady. The ceremony was graced with a lot of guests who came to witness the record these two have set in history.
Does this not look very disturbing. I mean the law is against old men marrying young girls but supports old women marrying young boys…..
